Instead of posting jobs and recruiting for them individually, we prequalify candidates to our directory and then offer jobs to those who have invested the time in our process and have completed prequalification. What to expect? After you have sent your resume and certifications to our recruiting department, we will schedule a time for you to talk with our management team. We make the process very personal and are committed to professional and transparent communication. We conduct video interviews using a platform called SparkHire and request references through a service called SkillSurvey. Completion of the process is the first step in joining our team.
